To all our lovely customers new , old and those we've yet to meet , our suppliers, associates and your families too.
As the UK and countries around the world are experiencing such unsettling times as a result of the outbreak here in the uk , we just wanted to send our warmest thoughts. We sincerely hope that you and your family are safe and well. With many plans needing to be changed and events cancelled due to the outbreak and the need to physically distance ourselves things can start to feel a little uncertain.
With a few extra precautions we are still taking orders, just in case you may need something. You can find more information on our information page . For our Tent hire Customers we have added a No Quibble Tent Hire Booking Policy we hope these measures will help you feel reassured that your order or booking with us is in safe hands.
We're also putting our heads together to give some at home outdoors ideas just in case you run out of inspiration if self isolating or staying at home with the children, we are told tent fabric makes great kites! If you have any ideas we'd love to hear too! We'll be letting you know via our blog and Social Media @ibexcamping
We have now updated our No-Quibble Tent Hire Booking policy , we are now offering either a Tent Hire Booking Credit or Full Refund for the duration of this uncertain period.
