With Christmas just around the corner , we've now officially opened our Christmas Shop :) with a little inspiration for the whole family , gifts for campers , outdoor gifts and camping gifts. 

We're adding to the shop over the coming days , we've put together a few of our best selling products from 2020 , really useful camping gadgets - ones we love too! and some clothing and footwear. All prices from just a few pounds to a little more extravagant , we've also introduced our Gift Vouchers - the IBEX Camping Gift Voucher for shopping with us online , face to face and even 🤞 our summer 2021 events.

Shopping online with IBEX Camping - eco friendly packing , we're making changes

Here at IBEX Camping , being an online retailer we are becoming ever more conscious on the need for eco friendly packing. We're trying hard to work on this and are trying to replace our existing packing with a more environmentally friendly option as it needs replacing... 

Since September we have introduced Sugar Cane Mailing bags to replace 2 of our sizes already , we're adding a 3rd very soon. 

These eco Friendly Mailing bags are made from Sustainably sourced Sugar cane and are carbon Neutral  - The Carbon dioxide taken from the atmosphere in the growing  process offsets the carbon dioxide emitted through production and transport. They are also fully recyclable. 

Thanks to the team @ Kite Packaging for supplying this great alternative to traditional plastic mailing bags , we're looking forward to adding more sizes as soon as we need to! 

Another change we made over the summer months was to have our parcel flyers printed on recycled and fully Recyclable made from 350gsm card with all the information you need to introduce us plus a voucher code too!

Can I hire a tent for New Wine? : IBEX Camping

We've missed our events so much this Summer , with them being cancelled due to the Outbreak , we are though so pleased that many of our regular events are now starting to take bookings for 2021 , a little sign that we may be starting to return to a slightly different but more normal times. 

We are now taking bookings for NewWine 2021 at The East of England Arena in Peterborough, this will be our second year offering ready pitched tent hire to guest. New Wine is split over 2 weeks each comprising of 6 days. 

• Week A - 24 - 29th July 2021
• Week B - 30 - 4th August 2021 

An new for 2021 The SixtyOne youth event 

• Sixty One - 5 - 8th August 2021. 

Having spent many years pitching tents for our lovely customers at The East of England Arena , previously with Faith Camp we are extremely familiar with the showground and take extra care with pitching to ensure an enjoyable stay. 

The East of England Arena is renowned for it's little microclimate we've witnessed some quite dramatic weather and glorious sunsets over the years, if you attended NewWine 2019 we're  sure you'll remember it was a little damp too! 

How does our event tent hire work? you can either choose your hire tent from our range on the website , pop it in your basket & follow the checkout instructions - there's no need to send us a payment - simply enter your delivery address or add to the notes 'NewWine21'. We'll then have everything we need to check availability and pop across your quotation.  

Once your happy we just need a 10% deposit to secure your booking with us. 

Not sure or need a little advice , simply pop over a tent hire enquiry , chat with The team or email ... we're also here to take your call. Our family team of experienced campers will talk through your requirements and make some suggestions for you.

When will my tent be pitched? A little closer to NewWine we'll be in touch to take the details of your Village Hosts , we'll then liaise with them directly to make sure your tent is perfectly pitched. We usually pop over to Peterborough a few days before your start date. 

What about Covid? hopefully things will be a little more settled next summer , but if not we are operating a COVID safe booking policy , we'll refund any payments received  if you need to cancel due to  Local/National Lockdowns , COVID symptoms or the cancellation of New Wine due to COVID restrictions.
